A bit about us
Love Your Neighbour is a national alliance of churches and other organisations, playing their part on the frontline of social transformation in cities, towns and communities across the UK.
We support churches to address the following areas:
Crisis
Supporting those in emergency situations through crisis food provision and other immediate help.
Cause
Helping to identify and tackle the underlying causes of poverty and equip people in areas such as debt advice and employment training.
Community
Providing ongoing community-based support through wrap-around care such as mental health groups, drop-in cafés, and supportive relationships through the church.

Thank you for being there for me at my most needed time. I had no one else to turn to. All I had was one potato and some soup when I came to you for help. Each one of you gave me and my family hope.

Our activities
Hub Accelerator
The Hub Accelerator is our training programme specifically designed for churches with existing social transformation ministries who are passionate about strengthening their teams, developing sustainability, increasing their impact and deepening their partnerships nationally. To date, 36 Love Your Neighbour Hubs in cities and towns around the UK have participated in the Hub Accelerator.
Love Christmas
Love Christmas is our annual campaign that encourages and supports churches to partner with local businesses, schools and other organisations, to promote kindness and connection, and bring hope to those that need it most at Christmas.
Love Ukraine
Love Ukraine was launched in 2022 with a vision to welcome and support Ukrainian refugees as they re-established their lives in the UK. We continue to develop initiatives and support for Ukrainians as they integrate into society for the longer-term.
